Comprehensive Safety Training System

To ensure each employee meets professional standards, the company requires OSHA certification for all team members. Every employee must undergo training by the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and obtain relevant safety certification.

New employees must complete at least 30 minutes of professional safety training before starting work. The training content aligns with OSHA standards and incorporates Awesung’s extensive practical experience, ensuring a thorough understanding of safety management.

For equipment operators, the company enforces a strict certification policy. All operators must pass an on-site operations test before officially starting work, ensuring the safe use of equipment.
